Great trolley replacement
The original trolley plastic guides on each end were wore out and one was missing and this product is made of a good heavy product and is working great. And also was a good price

Somehow my carrier was bent, this was an excellent replacement, easy to install and it worked perfectly.

Almost the exact part as my OEM
I was able to find the exact part as my OEM. This replacement is made durable and functions much better than my OEM. It has a plastic insert inside the slider which makes it run through the rail track much smoother and quieter than before. The only issue I had with the Installation was that I had to enlarge the hole that the chain lug fits and secures into.

Very disappointed with this item. It was not a direct replacement for my garage door opener.
An extra bolt to connect the chain to the trolley was included. It did not match the one on my opener. The bolt included was different than the bolt on my trolley. My old bolt did not fit the new trolley. The nuts on the old bold did not fit the new bolt. I had to find mre nuts to complete reassembly.
