Correct part but had to be ground out slightly with a Dremel prior to fitting as the shaft was too narrow for other gear to fit.

Works and fits as advertised. No issues during installation. Perfect fit.

Fixed a non working KitchenAid stand mixer. Works as described. This is supposed to be a "sacrificial gear," so if it breaks in your KitchenAid, something else is likely wrong and should be repaired first. I my case, a screw came loose in the chrome ring around the planetary gear which caused it to jam.

It worked great. Looks very solid.

I purchased this gear to fix our KitchenAid mixer based on recommendations from Amazon and Reddit. It was built to spec, fit the assembly, and was easy to install. But, after a couple months of regular use, the gear started slipping, until it eventually blew out completely. I don’t know what material this is made of, but it’s not made to last. I would recommend spending the extra couple dollars to get a Factory Certified Part, and not bother with a knockoff.
