I bought my first pair of SAXX underwear around 2011. I switched exclusivley to SAXX a few years later as my old inventory of underwear was discarded. I recently bought a two-pack Daytripper Boxer Briefs. After 2 months of wear the stitching came out between the waistband and bottom leaving a 3-4" gap. I have contacted SAXX so I guess I will find out what the customer service is like soon. My previous pairs lasted 5-6 years without an issue with cold machine wash and air dry.
