Red Copper 9.5” Square Baking Pan by BulbHead

It works like any other 'non-stick' pan. You still need to cote it with oil when baking. I have frying pans, which is much better. I have this & round baking pan.This is ok, as I really love my buldhead frying pans and expected the same thing. The food does stick even if you put some oil in there. I didn't put out enough of the oil coding before baking, (about 1 tea spoon instead of table spoon). Baking coursed food to stick, like in a regular baking pan (which was disappointing). It resulted in some stains & discolorations inside of the pan after cleaning. You can see now inside the pan some discolorations in the areas from the where food was stick/burned.

I purchased this because I own a Red Copper skillet that my husband and I picked up on the "As Seen on TV" isle for $20. That is the most incredible skillet ever - just like the advertisements on television. (Yes, we melted the wrapped hard candies in it!) Anyway, when I saw this square pan on Amazon I didn't hesitate to buy it. No regrets...great product.

I use this for baking and cooking meat or potato dishes and I don’t use any oil and everything just slides right out. I also love how easy it is to clean. Does not warp and still looks new after using it for a few months.

This is a very lovely pan. The size is hard to find so happy I found it in such a beautiful item. I'm off to look at some of their other items.

I love the copper cookware for cleaning and even cooking; so, I wanted a brownie pan. This one is just right for making enough for 2 people.
