This Laser Distance Meter is hands down the best tool I've added to my toolbox! It is perfectly accurate, incredibly easy to use, and covers all the functions I could ever need. Good enough for my purposes, but I'm not a surveyor or anything like that. I can't speak to pinpoint accuracy because I'm not concerned with it for my hobbiest applications. I used it to zero a red dot scope, so all I needed was close enough, and I feel very confident I got that. I read other reviews that said it can't overcome outdoor, broad daylight application, so I tried that out of curiosity and found that it didn't work for me at high noon in the AZ sun. Asit happens, I don't need it to, but if you do, this might not be the best choice. The LED screen wasn't really bright enough for that either. I used it indoors, the LED screen was good, basic functions were intuitive enough that I never even glanced at the instructions, and it's a handy and convenient size. It's recommendable as an inexpensive solution depending on your requirements

Works well and is easy to understand. I have had others who were easier to operate but this isn’t bad. It looks like it will last a long time and is at an excellent price. Love the small size and handy string carrier attachment. Instructions are clear but I haven’t figured out all the features yet. Will keep using this.

Based on the low price I had my doubts for this measuring device, but works great, its small, seems to be fairly accurate, and is easy to use. We'll see how long it lasts, but I'm impressed so far. Like others have said, this is definitely meant for indoor use, I don't think the laser would go far outside.

I purchased this because I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was. But I was so impressed with the quality and ease of use. I’m a retired electrical contractor and I would have loved to have this on the job. Incredible small but big on effectiveness. Well worth what little money I paid for it.
