Excited to receive this product and used it the first day, it keeps turning off after 5 or 6 after a one degree increase in temp even when set to run for 20 minutes. The 2nd day it shut down after 6 minutes and never came back on. Processed return and requested return label. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I gave up they can eat my $24…

Doesn’t work but for about 2-3 minutes then shuts off. The instruction papers are full of misspelled words and incomplete sentences.Since I got this replacement for the first one, I have not yet heard back from the company has to how it is working. Would love to return it and get my money back.

This unit just plugs into an outlet. The controls work fine but it puts out very little heat with very little volume. Might work in a small bathroom but not suitable elsewhere. My unit came apart where the plug portion meets the body. This happened when pulling the unit out of the wall outlet to make room for a hair dryer. The plug portion is only connected to the body by 2 small screws which stripped easily. I would avoid this heater.

This heater is useless. It runs for about 30 seconds before tripping and shutting down. Ordered a replacement and the exact same thing happened. Amazon won’t let me return. The app directs me to a troubleshooting guide when I try. Do NOT buy this.

We bought two of these and received them yesterday, Jan 7 2024. I opened them this morning and they had been returned; one is broken (the 2 screws apparently pulled out of the plug and the remote was out of the plastic not he other. As a side note, one of the pictures and captions on the Amazon for the product is a young woman sleeping with the word Sleep, yet one of the safety cautions is to NOT sleep with this product running.

It over heated within seconds after plugging in.I want to return it. I have not been able to do so on your app. Even though it says continue to return it will not continue. I have done it several times. This product is junk.

The item it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do it turns off after a few seconds when I tried to resolve the issue it never did . The trouble shooting that it comes with it really doesn’t tell you a real solution. Please don’t buy this piece of garbage because the company it won’t even give you the choice to return it.

Used this item twice, third time I put it on, it shut off and would not turn back on. A return or replacement is not offered for this item, they won't be getting my business again.
