Al principio cuesta unos minutos acostumbrarse pero al pasar el rsto lo puedes usar 40 min o más y te da un descanso muy parecido a la acupuntura, lo recomiendo ampliamente y creo que todos deberíamos tener uno en casa

i have the bed of nails mat too. the strap is not padded with foam as is the mat, so you don't get the same kind of pressure. it is handy to be able to target a specific area and have it under one's clothing. not quite as effective as the mat, but still useful.

I tie this around my back where it touches the places that spasm. When one hits all I have to do is apply pressure to the spot that hurts to give me relief. I am able to do chores and function normally once the pressure is applied for a few seconds. For the really bad ones I will lie down on it for several minutes for the relief to come. I don't know how or why; it just works.
