It looks nice & seems like good quality; I'd have preferred a glass dome but I didn't trust myself and actually this acrylic dome looks just like glass anyway, and it fits well, so all good. The wooden base is nice, and I like that it has rubber pads to keep it form moving around, and two little cut-outs at the base which makes it easy to lift off a flat surface even when fully loaded.

It comes in a sturdy box, well packaged. The cake stand looks sophisticated and you couldn't tell that the dome lid is made of plastic / perspex until you lift it (it is much lighter than glass). I'm happy with my purchase.

It might sound stupid, but I bought this because I’d make a cake and because we had nowhere to store it, we would end up eating the whole thing!It looks nice. The wood isn’t real wood and I take care when washing it not to scratch it or use anything too abrasive. The lid is plastic which fees like it could shatter if we dropped it.I would have liked to have had a glass one but worried about children and pets if it was knocked off the side.That all being said, I can put a full size (single layer) cake in it and it keeps it well over the next few days and looks nice in the kitchen

Really stunning so glad I went for the non glass lid, it looks just like glass such good quality! I’m really fussy with things and this was better than my expectations! If your thinking about buying and scrolling for ages to find the perfect one go for it you won’t be disappointed. Someone said the woods. It real, but it feels and looks real to me! After washing comes up still so shiney and clear it’s made with such good quality. One of my best buys from Amazon.

This is lovely and really nice quality, well packaged, and the dome really does look like glass (without the weight) - going to look fab with my homemade mince pies and stolen in come Christmas week

I was looking for something that was sturdy, lightweight, and easy to store. This provided all of the things I was looking for. Very impressed with the clear dome and the indentation that it sits in. Seals and looks great. I did not notice any odor.

This cake plate came in such quality packaging and just looks spectacular. Great for flat breads, and up to a 2 layer cake. Awesome!!

The dome and base were missing despite ordering a replacement and hence not delivered right when I needed it. Not a good experience.

Kam gut verpackt an. Kuchen und Torten sehen toll darin aus. Fühlt sich qualitativ hochwertig an und da es kein Glas ist, läuft man nicht Gefahr dass es kaputt geht. Der Preis ist denke ich angemessen. Den Boden nutze ich ab und an einfach als Schneidebrett. Kann ich empfehlen. 👍🏼
