Dream Cooker, 6 Qt Ceramic Nonstick Pressure Cooker & Multicooker

We used to have a multicooker, but I never used it because I found the numerous functions to be overwhelming. I had previously purchased the Our Place air fryer combo oven as a gift (which was very well received!) and decided to give the Dream Cooker to myself. To be honest, one reason why I chose this over other brands is its aesthetics. It is really attractive, and I am not shy about displaying it on my countertop like I am with some of my other appliances. Aesthetics aside, I am super-happy with its functionality. So far I have used it twice. The first time was to pressure cook a bone-in, skin-on eight-pound turkey breast. After a quick Google search to figure out the right settings and timing, I prepped it with a dry rub and seared it with the searing function, which gave the skin a nice bronzed tone. I then pressure-cooked it for 48 minutes, with a couple cups of chicken broth added. The result: tender, flavorful, fall-off-the-bone white meat. Not dry at all! I strained the liquids, cooled them in the fridge overnight, strained off the fat, and got a very flavorful, gelatinish turkey stock that I have since used to make soup and gravy. We are still enjoying the fruits of this very easy to make, economical protein in a variety of dishes including soup, salad, and casseroles. I next tried making a pot of pinto beans. After another quick Google search, I chopped and sauteed some aromatics on the saute function, then added the dried beans at a 3-to-1 ratio of three cups of water per cup of dried, unsoaked beans. I pressure cooked for one hour. The outcome: perfection. The beans were so tender and flavorful. It would have taken triple the time to cook these on the stovetop. The Dream Cooker is also super-easy to clean. Just remove the metal insert to wash, and wash the inside of the lid. I only got a few little drops along the rim of the cooker, which were pretty easy to wipe off with a paper towel. My motivation for getting myself the Dream Cooker is to eat healthier, including a variety of legume and whole grain dishes. I love beans and grains, but I don't cook them as often as I'd like because of the time involved. The Dream Cooker is changing the game for me. I am pretty stoked about my initial experiences with the Dream Cooker and anticipate it wll prove to be my most-used countertop appliance. If you are looking for an easy-on-the-eye multi-cooker that is easy to learn and saves you time, go for the Our Place Dream Cooker.

I LOVE this DREAM COOKER! When I received it I used it right away and made some fresh beans. It didn't pressure cook too long.The beans pressure cooked for 28 minutes I had soaked my beans overnight. They were delicious. I used it to saute chicken and that was a great function before I did the slow cook. The chicken I made was so flavorful OMG so yummy and delicious! Some say the slow cooker mode doesn't work WELL I say pay no mind because it sure does work I made chicken by sautéed it first then I throw all my veggies in and chicken broth....BTW Trader Joe's got the best chicken broth SO FLAVORFUL then I used the slow cook mode on high for 5 to 6 hours It was awesome. I absolutely love how the steam shoots out and i don't have to do a thing to let it out. Once it's done letting all the steam out from pressure cooking and turns to the warm function then you can open the lid safely. LOVE THAT! All the modes work great. I even pressure cooked my oatmeal . This is a bit big to make oatmeal for 1 person in the morning. My husband doesn't eat too much oatmeal in the morning so I make it for my own self. I went and bought the Our Place Rice Cooker and I received that today. I plan to make my oatmeal for breakfast and rice for dinner tomorrow in it. I am addicted to the Our Place gadgets. They work great. Best money spent and worth it. The dream cooker is way better than the Instant Pot. All the functions on the Dream cooker has a better saute and slow cook mode and the pressure cook does an amazing job on food. I'm surprised on the pressure cook steam where you don't do anything or push anything the steam blows out constantly when the timer is done for 5 mintues or so then once it switches to warm mode its ready to safety open and eat. BUY IT!!

I've had this little jewel of a kitchen helper for just a week now...and ... I LOVE it. So very easy to use - it's simplicity is part of the charm. Versus other more complicated types of 'cookers' - this design makes it super user friendly. The other nice feature is how it looks....already I've had friends compliment it's looks on my countertop. It's sleek design and great color choices makes it super nice to have on the countertop. I especially like the versatility of it; in making soups you have the ability to sear all the vegetables; proteins prior to setting the slow-cook option - rather than having to sear in yet another pan (who wants to create MORE dirty dishes!) you are able with ease to brown meats easily with enough heat to really make this happen. The larger size is great for us - and for my friends who want a more compact version; there is the smaller size too. The workmanship appears very good - and for the price - I am getting my investment worth out of this kitchen cooker... everything so far, that I've made in this has tasted delicious. My husband even enjoys cooking with this....which makes this a double winner.

I would like to be able to leave a positive review for this product, but unfortunately I can’t. For the first month or so that I used the dream cooker, I adored it. It worked well, it provided multifunctional capabilities and the food came out great every time. Unfortunately, the interior ceramic pot that the cooker uses started to chip and peel away the finish. After about two weeks of noticing this, I decided to pursue a warranty replacement part. To their credit, the customer service representatives were very polite in their communication with me, and promptly said that they would be sending me a replacement pot and that I should be getting it within 7 to 10 days. It’s now been almost over a month since I had this communication, and not only did I not receive the replacement, there have been no updates about the second time that they said that they are sending me this in the mail. The first time there was at least a ups tracking code, but it never got farther beyond shipping label created territory; after waiting several weeks and getting in touch with them again they said they would be resending the item, but they still have not provided me with tracking information after more than a week of reaching out. It is incredibly frustrating and discouraging, as I do genuinely like these products, but given how quickly the first one went bad and how terrible the customer service experience has been, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. At this point, I’m going to be seeing what I can do to pursue a refund, as I’ll probably need to be buying a different slow cooker.

The name says it all! It is definitely a cooker out of my dream. My wife and I were in the market for a new multipurpose cooker and decided to surf the web and came across this beast of a machine. We have owned a few Our Place products in the past and have had great experiences so decided to purchase this. Just like every other Our Place product I have, this is another kitchen product that we will never replace. The Dream Cooker is actually so sturdy but yet easy to maneuver. It is large and super spacious, but at the same time, it is not bulky or heavy. My wife is able to move it around without any issues. The build quality is superb as we have come to expect with Our Place products. The interactive screen is a super cool touch where you can use the touch screen to choose what time of cooking you need to do, for how long, etc. it’s just so sleek and simple while being so functional. We used it last night to cook some Pakistani food and to be honest, it did an amazing job. The food tasted absolutely perfect without all the hassles of an old school pressure cooker. The cooker comes with a cookbook which is a super nice touch and really allows first time cooker users to really get creative while also feeling comfortable.

I love this pot! Very attractive and highly functional. Much fewer cooking options than my last cooker, but I don't mind that at all. I wish the pot inside had handles so that I could remove it from the cooker... every time I use it, is a logistics nightmare trying to figure out how to get it out of the cooker. I fear one day, I may have a serious kitchen accident. Material is high quality and the cooking speed is about what you expect for an electric cooker (nothing beats a stove top pressure cooker, of course). Value for money? I would say yes - it is no better or worse than any of the other options I have used and this one is attractive to boot!

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this Our Place cooker truly deserves the praise. From the moment I started using it, I could tell this was a thoughtfully designed, high-quality product that actually makes cooking easier and more enjoyable. First, the design is beautiful. It looks modern, clean, and high-end, and I love that it sits on my counter like a statement piece rather than something I want to hide away. I constantly get compliments on it. Functionally, this cooker is incredibly versatile. I’ve used it for sautéing, boiling, simmering, steaming, reheating, and one-pot meals, and it performs perfectly every time. The heat distribution is even, food cooks consistently, and nothing burns or sticks. The nonstick surface is amazing. I barely need any oil, and cleanup is unbelievably easy. Most of the time, a quick rinse or wipe is all it takes, which saves so much time and effort after cooking. What I love most is how much this has simplified my cooking routine. I reach for it constantly because it replaces multiple pots and pans, means fewer dishes, and makes everyday meals feel effortless. This is an amazing kitchen appliance. So convenient and easy to use, looks great, makes delicious food. It replaced our slow cooker and rice cooker so saved us some space. Non-stick easy to clean. Our only regret is waiting so long to buy it!

Great machine me and my wife use it when see a recipe that want to try and there many recipe books out there for great ideas.

The product it self was great. Works well, looks amazing. I knocked off a star because they send me the wrong colour. I wanted black and they gave me beige. In the end it’s not that big of a deal. Still looks beautiful
