Havent used as much because bought it like end of the cold season but the real customer, my parents was very satisfied with the purchase...the best for parents was it's 800 watts..lesser than any other heavy electrical machines including the dough machine rice cooker and even iron and kettle in our home. It heats up fast has good capacity and heats up a big room, our hall is very spacious and it could warm that up, so Bravo 👏 Good purchase....great replacement to lighting up fire if it's tacky adventure for you!

I mean it is a basic heater so it does the job. The only complaint i have is that you have to keep it close to feel the warmth as it does not have any fan to spread it throughout the room. If it's a medium to large room, this is basically useless. However it comes with a 6A plug so it can be plugged anywhere.

This turns out to be the most useful thing for the winters and must admit the quality and effectiveness. I have one oil based heater worth 11k and trust me that is ZERO in-front of this small heater. It works pretty well and worth the cost. Good for a room 10X12.

It's a good product

Half portion of both the quartz tubes are not working properly after 15 days of use due to which heat delivery is reduced. Not satisfied with this heater. I purchased one more similar quartz heater but of different company, named Sujata. Its performance is excellent and it gives 2 years warranty whereas Usha's quartz heater gives only one year warranty and performance is bad too.
