My older adult clients with incontinence (urine or stool) often have irritated hemorrhoids and perianal area from the moisture. This cream is expensive, yet amazing. Usually within 72 hours they tell me how much better they feel and the skin is healing. They do not have this level of relief from other products. Worth the expense. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend *by on Reviewed in the United States 24 May 2026* I have used this on my daughter since the day she was born. Currently on my 6th large refill bottle and will continue to repurchase. We have never had to deal with diaper rash thanks to this product. Pricey but 100% worth it for a beautiful and healthy baby’s bottom. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars – A Must-Have from Day One *by on Reviewed in the United States 25 December 2025* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This premium diapering lotion was an absolute lifesaver for us. I started using it right after my child was born and continued for a couple of years, until we no longer needed diapering products—and I truly couldn’t imagine those early years without it.What mattered most to me was the clean, natural ingredient list. Knowing there were no harsh chemicals gave me total peace of mind, especially when using it on such sensitive skin. The texture is gentle, smooth, and easy to apply, and it worked immediately every single time. If my son had any redness or discomfort, this lotion soothed it right away and took care of the issue fast.I genuinely love, love, love this product. It did its job perfectly, consistently, and reliably, and it’s one of those baby essentials I always recommend to new parents.Highly recommended—this one earns a solid five stars from me! ## Frequently Bought Together - La Petite Creme French Premium Diapering Lotion - Diaper Cream Alternative to Baby Wipes - Gentle Moisturizer & Skin Cleanser with USDA Certified Organic Ingredients - Baby Essentials (20 oz) - Baby Cotton Pads for Diaper Change by LoveNoobs, 360 Count, Ultra Soft 100% Organic Extra Large Cotton Pads for Baby Sensitive Skin, Lint-Free, Premium Jumbo Size, GOTS Certified - La Petite Creme French Organic Diaper Balm (4 oz) - Healing & Nourishing Diaper Cream - Gentle & Safe Liniment Baby Lotion - USDA Certified Organic - Baby Essentials for Newborn --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/591284134-la-petite-creme-premium-diapering-lotion-liniment-diaper-rash-cream](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/591284134-la-petite-creme-premium-diapering-lotion-liniment-diaper-rash-cream) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
