Beautiful & has its own 6-hr timer
This star totally dresses up the railing on our upstairs porch. When I first chose it, I didn't realize it had its own timer, so I hooked it up to our outdoor timer. Then I was perplexed why it didn't light up at dusk as programmed. No instructions were included w the star. So I went back to the original listing, read more carefully the description, went back upstairs and turned it on at dusk. Et Voila! Success. It's gorgeous & was the final touch we needed to our holiday decorations. Our family is very pleased.

It’s ok
I like it the problem is it doesn’t turn on on its own when the electricity is on u always have to click it on every time every day. That I don’t like it that way I put it on the tree outside and I had to come outside everyday to turn it on coz everything is on outside but this star. If I knew this I won’t buy it I wish I knew. But it’s bright and nicely made and quality

Beautiful Star
Such a beautiful star click on button on cord. I will use it this year to create nativity scene outdoors . It illumates a room I know because my lamp went out and I had to use it in kids room temporarily. Its definitely worth it.

Very Bright
It was everything I wanted. It fits in the space and lights the room in a warm light that doesn’t hurt my eyes. The only thing I would add would be a dimmer switch or two levels of brightness, but not a big deal. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase!

Burnt out after one day!/ YES!! PLUG INS WERE WRAPPED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE!
Horrible product! We all live in. An elder facility and have bought multiple items from amazon, Everything is wrapped with electrical tape at the plug ins. However, this item only lit up for1 day and started to burn out and it didn't even get anywhere near the rain or water. It was wrapped with electrical tape by staff from our housing department and it burnt out!! This is a horrible inconvenience to all of us as we have a Christmas party today and now our Christmas Star is burnt out. It is the main feature as it sits atop the Barn and is the 'icing on the cake' of all the other Christmas lights! Terrible disappointment!
