Paizo's Pawns do it again
When it comes to pawns from paizo, they never fail to impress.If you are not in the know the pawns are printed on quite inflexibly [a good thing] cardstock.The image is of a high professional value.In this set there are only the pawns, some sets come with bases, and you do need to use them with the bases.I highly recommend one of the base basics boxes.I am a travelling DM and these things are perfect and pack away very easily.I have owned pawns like these for many years and they hold their value very well.

Good product but however a few of the pawns have weapons cut off when being stamp out which is a shame

No stands? Ships look weird and are too large.
The pawns look lovely but there are no stands for one thing so I have had to buy the alien pawn set tog et those stands (I refuse to buy a pack of stands on their own for another £13!). So not good value for money IMO even though I knew that buying them from the previous reviews.But not greatly impressed with the ships either. I would have preferred these to be top down views rather than stood up - and have them cut out around them so you could use them as flat tokens on the battle mat rather than stand ups. Also the ships are strangely shaped with one side curved and the other side straight - probably because, unlike the character pawns which have the stright side in their bases, the ships have been printed vertically but are meant to be used horizontally on a stand. So they look wierd and not very attractive.I think I will have to make my own card ship tokens and chuck these ones because I dont like them.But at least the token sheets are all printed properly - no mismatches thank god, otherwise these would have gone straight back for a refund. As it is they are not very good value, I got them because I need something to use and the miniatures are extrmeley overpriced (even worse than these card tokens). Starfinder rules and books are great but the game is really let down by the overpriced tokens and miniatures.
