Review: Durable, long, no complaints - I've been using these straps regularly for about 6 months and they've held up great. The strap material is burly and durable. It could feel a little more friendly on the wrists, but by no means is it uncomfortable when used as designed. I'm using them with an uncoated steel barbell with fairly aggressive knurling, and it's not wearing the strap out at all so far. There's hardly any padding to speak of, but the comfort is fine by me. I would recommend anyone with a 7" or smaller wrist get the small size. My wrist is 6.5", so I bought the standard size. The cuff only barely snugs down onto my wrist, and I end up with a ton of extra unnecessary strap length (wraps all the way around my barbell 3 times.)
Review: Comfortable - Great packaging. Well stitched . Nice color. Great grip on heavy dumbbells especially if you get sweaty palms. Great addition to my workout routine. Comes with a manual and visual guide too! Recommend 10/10

## Features

- SECURE & FOCUSED TRAINING - Our FITGRIFF lifting straps are the silent training partner for working out, deadlifting, heavy rowing, lat pulldowns, and pull-ups. Designed to distribute weight and reduce forearm fatigue, they keep your attention on muscle activation, not your grip.
- ENGINEERED FOR ENDURANCE & COMFORT - Woven from dense pure cotton, these straps ensure durability and safety, complemented by neoprene wrist padding to prevent skin irritation and discomfort during the most intense workouts.
- TAILORED SIZING FOR EVERY ATHLETE - Our lifting straps are available in two size options, designed to accommodate wrists from the most robust to the extra small ones. This ensures a perfect fit for every athlete, male or female, eliminating the concern of slipping or adjusting during a lift.
- GRIP CUSTOMIZATION FOR EVERY LIFTER – Choose traditional old-school straps for a classic feel, or opt for innovative straps with extra grip. Both styles are crafted for secure, reliable lifting, ensuring a slip-free experience tailored to all preferences.
- OPTIMAL LENGTH & SYMMETRY - With an approximate length of 23 inches, our lifting straps allow for 2-3 wraps around the barbell, ensuring secure and adaptable hand placement. Each strap is distinctly marked left or right, aiding in correct positioning for an efficient and effective workout every time.
