Don't buy from Longway, no customer services even in warrenty
Worst product, not because it's affordable or breaks down in two months, but because of the worthless customer services. Even though I have warrenty, invoice, everything with me, it's been a while week that my complaint is in status quo, I e. Unassigned. I have called them several times, and they have sent the complaint form on WhatsApp nearly 20 times. I have filled them up everytime, thinking the next day, they would send a technician. But the next day, they send me the same automated message to fill up the form. Is it a joke # Longway? Why bother to give warranty and salary to your customer services agents if you can't really solve a basic problem. Don't buy from this company. If something happens to your appliances, they will not resolve you neither talk to you over the phone. Not even when you've Warrenty I want to give zero ratings or in minus if I had the option. Worst company, not the product, but the company
