I’m fairly certain I have PCOS or increased testosterone from some excess hair growth and acne. Started taking this daily about a month and a half ago to try to naturally balance my hormones (along with a few other natural plant based supplements like black cohosh, DIM, cinnamon, probiotics and added vitamin d & zinc daily). Hi all, I wanted to share these comments to help any man looking for some relief from nightly bathroom runs. I am on my 5th bottle and going to reorder soon. I ran out about two months ago and waited two weeks before the re-order. Boy did I notice the difference. I went back to getting up 5 to 6 times a night vs only 2 to 3 depending on how much liquid I had before bed. The product tastes good and I take it by straight into the month and wait a few seconds. Excellent tincture. I did my homework and they use the perfect blend of therapeutic herbs. Wow, I took 3x a day for about a week and now sleeping through the night without getting up to use bathroom. After a few weeks seems like my stream is a lot stronger. Highly recommend
