I've been doing Pilates at home and quickly realized that my regular yoga mat wasn't cutting it—it was too thin and I kept running out of room. It's much more comfortable for the rolling moves in Pilates, and my spine is thanking me for it.Another big plus is that it doesn't slip around. I never write reviews but had to because this mat is great. I have had it for over a year and it is thick, durable, easy to use, and unrolls flat so you don’t need to worry about the edges coming up like some mats. The wide length makes exercising so much easier.

I must not measure my room correctly because this turn out bigger than I expected but in a pleasant way. The quality is good. I just hope it last me longer than me last one.

I’m 5’2” and the smaller size works great for me. It’s easy to roll out and store. The biggest size might actually be too much for me to lug around. If you’re looking for a mat that you’ll need to put away after each use - the smaller mat is perfect. If you’re a tall person - size up. I love this thing and it’s great for HIT, sit ups, Pilates, weight training - great.

I had the rubber tiles that always came apart, and it made me crazy. This provides enough support without being too thick, and stays in place. From yoga to HIIT this mat was a great buy.

This exercise mat stays in one place during my exercise routines. It is heavy, therefore it takes a little longer to roll it for storing. I would recommend this product.

I ordered this to replace my old thin exercise mat and wish I ordered it a long time ago! It’s a great size, thick and can wear my sneakers on it. Bonus to get the bands included!

It is very good mat, but chemical smell last at least several days

J'ai hésité entre le Gorilla et celui-ci qui était au même prix avant le rabais. Une collègue au bureau m'a montré son Gorilla et il était parfait, rigide, anti-dérapant sur un plancher flottant. Celui-ci est mou, il étire et n'est pas assez lourd, il glisse sur le plancher. Je l'ai retourné.
