Great life saver
immediately raised y o2 level from 85 to 97 as measured by my oxygen meter. I feel much better immediately. I have copd so maybe is why I can feel the difference when others report not oxygen. They are wrong.

to expensive,
it’s a aluminum can and oxygen is basically free , so the price is way to expensive in my opinion you can buy a concentrated if you had a refillable can for free concentrator cost 450 $’s so they are banking some money

Seems to work well
Works well no people that needed, somehow if you’re working out or running humidity sigh, it might be good to have. If you have asthma, probably good to have if you ski a lot up in the mountains very good to have especially in high altitudes like Colorado. Although you can’t ship it on a plane, you could either order it or buy it locally but a good product.

Good for catching breath in high altitudes
I have used several canisters of this oxygen both around home and traveling up into the mountains. I have detected NO improvement when using a canister of oxygen around the house at a low (under 1,000 feet) altitude. If I am breathing hard, my problem is apparently NOT in getting enough oxygen. I do not recommend this product for low altitudes. I did detect a very noticeable effect when in high altitudes (say over 7,000 feet, and especially over 8,000). I could easily run out of breath when climbing the rental apartment stairs and without an oxygen assist it could take 3 or more minutes to start breathing normal again. WITH oxygen I would start breathing normal after only 30 to 45 seconds - the difference was very noticeable. When traveling up even higher into the mountains I used the oxygen canisters a lot to catch my breath (when climbing), so the need for long stops was greatly diminished. I tried out both unscented and scented, and discovered the "Menthol-Eucalyptus" was by far more useful. When I start breathing hard, my nose and lungs can start filling in with mucus making things worse. The "Menthol-Eucalyptus" scented oxygen, while mild, was enough to help keep passages open. I wish I could have found a way to make the scent even stronger! I now will exclusively use the "Menthol-Eucalyptus" scented canisters. When you buy a canister of oxygen, it will "feel" empty - that is because is contains only gas (and the canister is made of aluminum). As long as you can hear/feel the gas escape when you press on the trigger, there is still oxygen in the canister. To use the gas effectively, you should not take long heavy puffs but instead try to breath in deeply with a 1 to 2 second burst at the beginning of each breath, then hold your breath a few seconds to let the oxygen get absorbed. When I mastered this approach I not only caught my breath faster but stopped wasting most of the oxygen so one canister lasted me many uses (say I needed 5 deep inhales per treatment, and could get at least 100 inhales per canister, so 1 canister was lasting me 20 or more treatments, I was self-treating maybe 4 to 8 times per day).

A portable lifesaver
This little boost of oxygen is my husband's lifesaver. When he is short of breath, it provides him the push he needs to get moving again. no mess, recyclable can, no cleanup needed. A good product

Great product, just which it was higher quality
Good product mostly, quality control could be WAY better. The cans leak. One spray at high power, then the next spray the next day? Almost empty no power. On 12 packs expect at least 1 to arrive absolutely empty.

Great for coughing fits.
It works great to help me recover from coughing fits. I’m on oxygen 24 hours a day but the boost in these things really help during times of exertion like coughing fits

Great product
Boost is excellent for my shortness of breath when I go to our cabin in the mountains, and also when I have mild asthma at sea level. It definitely makes a huge difference in my life! After we bought a cabin late last year, we spent much more time in the mountains to have quality time with the whole family, especially since our kids are getting a bit older and will soon be off to college in a couple years. We spend lazy days there, taking in movies, walking around town, going to restaurants, relishing the fresh air and listening to the coyotes howl at night. Unfortunately, I have developed a breathing problem as a result of a chronic illness and I need oxygen replenishment to avoid the miserable feeling of breathlessness, which just gets worse when we travel to higher altitudes. Ever since I found Boost, however, life has been much smoother! In fact, it has even helped me immensely with the flu and a bad stomach virus that made me want to go to the hospital because I was so dehydrated and miserable. This was truly an incredible blessing to find with a simple search on the internet! Boost was a big help in preventing hospitalization by helping to quell the nausea and general crappy feeling of being sick. Now I found out that the price of Boost has increased by almost $10 by this seller in a weeks' time. How could this be? To be fair, it seems that everyone at Amazon has overpriced Boost. I completely understand why this seller wanted to increase the price, but the price adjustment could have been more gradual considering the enormity of the leap. That is why I only gave 4 stars. In any other situation I would have given 5 stars! I try to focus only on the product but in this case I'm unhappy about the cost to us for something so beneficial, especially looking at the seller's name, Boost Oxygen LLC! On one hand, we have to begrudgingly thank them for offering the lowest price by a slim margin while realizing Boost can cost much less. Keep in mind that Amazon sellers tend to inflate their product prices because they know we will pay more for the convenience of online shopping, but maybe we should all protest this kind of price gouging by heading to the store more often. (I say this as I plan to buy another 6-pack of Boost, making me a complete hippocrite!) On the other hand, I'm paying half the price on many groceries I used to buy on Amazon by going to a store now. I had no idea that I was paying way too much on some of the newer things (like my insane addiction to Gatorade) that I bought before seeing the price in the grocery store. I know it sounds awful, but I rarely get out to run around because I'm sick a lot, thus my dependence on Amazon. Fortunately my husband, who enjoys running errands, now tells me the prices of various things because I'm more careful about not spending more than necessary. The mere fact that everyone gave me Amazon gift cards for Christmas indicated that I may have a problem... 😬 That was way off topic. Okay, the point is maybe it's time to be more vigilant about paying attention to exactly how much we're willing to spend for convenience. This company is acutely aware that some of us think that we are paying less because many sellers don't have to maintain storage space or storefronts or employees. But this isn't the case. From now on, some online pricing research will help immensely. In this case, it made sense to go ahead and spend more to buy Boost online one last time. But my learning curve is increasing! At least I know when I'm being suckered into buying an overpriced item. Now I am thrilled to pieces whenever I buy Gatorade from the grocery store because it feels like I'm paying half-price every time! Sometimes it's the simple things in life that make us happiest.

Not what you expect
Is basically just compressed air. No O2 benefit from me using it. Blood oxygen stayed the same.

As described
Exactly as described, arrived quickly and without issue. The orientation wasn't obvious at first but is clear once you check the label. Would recommend.
