I’ve been using the Poly Voyager headset and I’m really impressed. It blocks out background noise very well, which helps me stay focused, especially during busy days. The sound is super clear, and people on calls say they hear me perfectly. It is like I’m in a quiet room, even when I’m not. The microphone is great at canceling noise, and I love that it’s not too big or bulky. It’s super comfortable too. The headband and ear cushions feel soft, so I can wear it all day without any pressure. Perfect for long meetings or working from home.

I’m being completely honest with this review. At first I was hesitant but after a few adjustments these work fantastic. Follow instructions it should work great. Make sure you research. I wfh permanently so I did an investment for myself. You know what they buy it nice or buy it twice. I decided if I’m gonna invest spend the extra money it’s worth it. These work great in my meetings on my dell laptop. I got the one with the extra doggle it’s definitely worth it so you can walk around your house and not stuck to your desk.

We've gotten a number of these Voyager 4320 headsets from all over, including Amazon. It doesn't matter where they come from - the mics are failing on all of them.

I’ve had these headphones since March 2025. They use to be great for a few months. After I hit the year mark, they have gotten worse and worse. Now they won’t even play sound. They connect but won’t play any sound and the person in the other wand can barely hear me. When speaking a lot of people complain of static. Taking incoming calls at times they cannot hear me, but I can hear them (this has been a year long issue). The sound canceling is mediocre at best. Pretty disappointed.

I have two Poly headsets already; this was a third buy. The first set died after about a year. I replaced with the same model, but newer version. This set is a different version and advertised the same features, but is far inferior. Sound quality is so-so, but I use these for a call center and it sounds like I'm in a can. No bueno. I also DO NOT like that there is no ANC button on this, as my previous pair has, as when I speak it's amplified in my ears. My previous paid eliminates that and acts like an actual phone, so it's more natural sounding. This is being returned - you missed the mark on this set. That makes two headsets of three that do not work as expected. My next order is a different brand altogether - I'm done with HP/Poly products.

The sound quality is incredible and the noise cancellation is perfect. The microphone works excellent and the range is also incredible

So far I can not get this headset to connect to my computer via Bluetooth or wireless. The instructions that come with the headset are not great at all. Just a picture that's it!!! If I can not figure these out in the next couple hours I will be returning the headset. I've already wasted 2 hours trying

Super Headset..... Anfangs hatte ich Probleme, den Dongle zum Laufen zu bekommen. Er hat zwar geblinkt, aber sich nicht mit dem Headset verbunden. Ich musste den Dongle dann einmal drehen, dann hat er sich sofort verbunden. So ist das nun mal mit USB-C. Die Sprachqualität wird von meinen Mitmenschen als perfekt bezeichnet. Auch ich höre mein Gegenüber sehr gut und vom Klang her sehr harmonisch. Der Tragekomfort ist auch gut. Bisher hatte ich es aber nur wenige Stunden am Stück auf. Was schön wäre, wenn er auf beiden Seiten blinken würde, wenn man im Gespräch ist. Aber das sind Luxusprobleme. Ich würde mir das Teil wieder kaufen.

Range is amazing, I can now listen all over the house. very clear audio and voice recognition exellent. Easy installation, very well built with some weight but not too much. Battery life seems good and the charger dock is great. It's heavy and stable and docking is foolproof. Very confortable to wear. The Amazon used as new price saved me
