I've been aware of the benefits of Shilajit for awhile now, and I've been trying to incorporate it into my daily routine. "Trying" being the operative word here, due to the strong unpleasant taste of Shilajit. I was only able to handle the resin for about a month (and it can be messy). The gummies I tried made a good effort in disguising the taste, but I could still easily detect it. I didn't want to try capsules because of all the fillers and junk in most of them.These Hovika Dry Drops might be a game changer. The little tablets have no smell or taste are so easy to take. The tablets come in well sealed blister packs. There is a clear expiration date on the flap of the box. The dose on these is rather low at 200mg per tablet, but that's good if you're just starting out. I haven't gotten any discomfort or bad effects while taking them.There's only one thing that troubles me about this product. I can't seem to find any information about the Hovika company anywhere. They either don't have a web presence or I haven't found it yet. So I have no idea where this is made. I wish they were transparent about that.

Comes in a nice dark glass bottle, directions say to take two dropper fulls but the dropper doesn’t allow you to fill it all the way. I just drop it 4times under my tongue to mix with my saliva quickly, and swallow.

I like that I’m not dealing with a messy gooey mix. So far so good.

Using less than a month & haven't seen changes as of yet. Probably on the second month my body will begin to adjust to the outcome of its purpose.

Felt no difference on energy level or overall well being. I finished the bottle and still no results.
