I found this to be quite effective and it is easy to swallow. Had a major affect on my nails, helped them get stronger and this does not smell, it also did not make me nauseous.

This defo works, my nails and hair is growing a lot quicker, I've had 2 haircuts in December. It doesn't solve the grey though

I’ve given this product 4 stars based on the speed of delivery, the ease of swallowing the tablets, the size of the tablets and the lack of taste. It’s a dose of 2 tablets daily and because they’re so small it’s easy to swallow both at the same time with a drink. I’ve purchased these to try and help with hair growth but I can’t say I’ve seen any benefits yet because I’ve not been taking them for very long. Fingers crossed though 🤞

I started losing a lot of hair because of hypothyroidism which was very distressing as I've had very long hair for over 40 years. I started taking this and the hair loss stopped within a week. It's now stronger and I used to lose a brush head worth of hair - now I only lose a few (which is perfectly normal). Brilliant!

Been having these daily for about a month and a half now. Great packaging and the pills are really small so easy to swallow. The downside for me is that they actually make me nauseous. I tried taking them at different times, with food, without food…no luck. Within about 10min of having them I feel nauseous and it lasts for about 40-60min. No luck for me I’m afraid. With regards to my hair and nails, no results yet.

Been using this sometime (12mnths) Along with other bits and bobs No point leaving a review until tested (No1 cares that it or how was delivered 🤔) Does help with hair shredding (loss) Also for myself much stronger thicker nails as was a constant nibbler

These have really helped improved my nails and skin. My nails had become weak due to the menopause and these little wonders have allowed me to grow my nails again for the first time in years. Great value for money too
