I have sennheiser ie200 so some good iems but with these eartips the seal of the ear from the outside noise was a night and day difference, providing you have the right size of course. The sound felt like it wasn't so quiet and distant, it was like the speaker was in my ear instead of a feet away. Thanks to the texture of the material the eartips are I was able to use these in intensive biking at the gym and not once did they loose grip and gradually fall out of my ear. Best thing I bought just wish I knew about these sooner.
