Arrived in good condition, SSD fits snugly and protection is adequate. Now have to see about long-term durability.

Perfect fitting hard shell case for my Crucial external ssd. Protects the drive from physical damage when traveling. Well constructed, and should be long lasting. Keep it in my suitcase, so I don’t lose it between trips.

A fantastic companion/case for your Crucial X9 SSD! I am old enough to remember handling some gaudy and heavy hard drives--Way before they started making externals, etc. I was using HDDs in External Enclosures to make them External. SSDs, especially the fine offerings by Crucial, have made working with external drives breeze. I illustrated working with older HDDs because not only is the X9 amazingly small and compact, but even in this case, it is still smaller, lighter, and more compact than any Internal or External HDD! TIP: Buy the gray case--It will be easier to see and find. Tie a bright piece of string to your SSD, and also one to the case. Once you toss this into a bag (or drawer), you may not be able to locate it quickly by size (or weight). This is not your Dad's (or Grandfather's) external Storage.

Fits a little snug with the Crucial X9 Pro but it works for storing the SSD. I do like the cable storage pouch.

Solid case that fits the SSD well. My only complaint is that it feels a little low quality and isn't as sturdy as I would prefer.
