Mood uplifting!
I bought this fantastic powder last year and only use when I'm in need for it. I really notice a difference when I take 2 teaspoons with a little of warm water. I gulp it down as quickly as possible. It does have a bitter taste but I don't care because it really is uplifting to me. I have this to manage my pre menopause symptoms. I waited a year to write about this product to make sure it works. It honestly does for me.
