Terraria Peel and Stick Removable Wall Stickers (Set of 33)

We have freshly painted walls. they were painted about 3 weeks ago. and for some reason these will not stick to my walls. what can i do?

are these easy to remove and re-apply?

Will these stick on textured walls?
