This causes trapped wind and pain under the ribs that no amount of supplements or medication has resolved. Since starting slowly I have noticed less discomfort but it has not eliminated it. So I will increase slowly to see if it makes any difference. I was reluctant to take one full tablet just in case it made matters worse so using tentatively.
