Not high quality zero stars
Does not gel when put in water. Mimosa pudica is supposed to be high in mucilage and gel while in the digestive tract to help sweep the gut clean. After taking these for a few weeks and noticing zero changes I decided to empty some caps in water to see just how potent they were...ZERO gel. If you are looking for help with parasites, constipation or other digestive issues; look elsewhere!
