These have gotten really expensive and hard to find. I have gotten them from online restaurant supply sites and the shipping is outrageous. As long as you order these in cooler months, you are fine. They do not come on ice and I have gotten melted clumps. Ghirardelli has always been high quality. I bake a lot and make thousands of cookies every year. I use these in my chocolate chips cookies and also use it to dip different cookies. Just add a little coconut oil and melt slowly in the microwave. I also like that these aren’t as sweet as semi-sweet or milk chocolate. They have just the right amount of sweet.
