Oh my gosh these are so good! Sugar-free candy that actually tastes good, has an excellent texture, isn't bad for you, high in fiber, and has the perfect amount per bag. I say that because if there was more in a bag, I would eat more. The few times I have opened and eaten a second bag, I have regretted it later...if you know what I mean. Fortunately they warn you about that on the bag, in case you forget in your gummy induced joy. So I try to pace myself. I actually like these better than regular gummy candy. Personally, I find these an excellent value, because I can eat delicious gummies without affecting my blood sugar significantly, and get some fiber in the process. Its a win-win!

Sugar-free, fresh, same texture as traditional gummy candy, easily digested. Good value for the money as store-bought healthier candy is much more expensive. Will be purchasing again and again!

Shameless snacks are delicious enough to eat even without their fiber benefits. One flavor is better than the next. But helping put more fiber back when eating a low carb diet is amazing. They are expensive but worth it. The serving size is plentiful.

I am obsessed with the sour flavors. They are delicious and the fiber content is great. We repurchase these often.

These are an excellent snack for diabetics. They are very satisfying and take away the urge to eat a higher calorie sugar snack.

If these weren’t so expensive I’d have one every day. There’s tons of great flavors but also some real duds. My favorite is the peach flavor. The strawberry ones I find no matter when I order them are often much harder and stale tasting than some of the others. Good flavor…just VERY chewy like a stale sour patch kid. No one wants that. If they can somehow bring the cost down to a dollar per bag or less I’ll for sure buy these more often.

We love the shameless fiber snacks. Every flavor is good so far. Don’t let children eat more than a pack; they’ll get a tummy ache because they ate differently full of fiber. Convenient way to get almost a day worth of fiber.
