Needed lot of product to produce flavor

I got the coconut flavor and it tastes very good. I think it would make a wonderful pina colada. The instructions call for 1 Tablespoon per 5oz of liquid. I find it tastes better to add 2 Tablespoons per 5oz. I’ve had other Bubble Tea mixes and they usually stir right in. It’s a little annoying having to use a blender bottle to get the powder fully mixed it. A blender bottle is really needed to get it mixed correctly. I suppose if you were making this into a pina colada in a blender the powder could just be added to the blender so that would be fine. This powder doesn’t come with any Boba Pearls for bubble tea. it’s simply the flavor of powder. The 3 drink options are hot, cold and bubble tea. (With your own Boba Pearls) There is a lot of sugar in the drink (19g per serving and I double my servings so 38g per drink!) The powder doesn’t taste overly sweet. But after a drink I can definitely feel the sugar overload in my body!

I ordered a bag of Fusion Select Coconut Powder because it sounded like a lovely accompaniment to the East Indian dishes we cook at home. We could not be more pleased! Both my husband and I like it. It's absolutely refreshing with a light coconut taste. However, I do recommend using more of the coconut powder per serving than is listed in the directions. Try doubling it. I used sugar cubes for a sweetener, and depending on your preference, you might want to use one or two as well. Directions are included on the package (see photos) and a sweetener is recommended. It's relatively easy to make and worth the little effort it takes. Just be careful in shaking the hot water and powder in a shaker cup that is not locked tight. The pressure could cause it to burst out - I know this because it happened to me! Luckily I had a towel over it and it was fine. But make sure you are using the right tools if you are going to shake the hot water and powder instead of only stirring it. I definitely recommend this beverage and can see me ordering this flavor again!
