Super easy!
Updated: very frustrated that is drive will only work with one electronic device… like only one phone.. not a phone & a iPad.. only allows one device… very frustrating & it feels deceiving.Thank you, this is amazing and I will be buying more when needed!! And so easy to use! Just WOW!!

Excellent product
I love it. I was running out of room on my iPad and really do not want to get another one. I was able to transfer all my photos and videos to free up some space.

Do not buy
The set up for this device was reasonably straightforward, but the device was unusable after the first backup. Here are the details:I plugged the drive into my phone and I was prompted to install the app which manages the file transfer. Unfortunately, my phone battery died during the initial backup. After recharging my phone to 100%, I tried to do another backup.The app (or the phone) did not recognize the drive. As a result, I could not do a file transfer. I then tried plugging the drive into another phone and another computer—no response. I the uninstalled the app, turned the phone off, turned it back on and reinstalled the app. No response. No recognition of the drive.After trying similar techniques and reading the instructions, I included that the flash drive was unusable.Since the drive was no longer recognized by the app (or any phone or computer), I am also unsure of what, if any, information was copied to the drive during the original transfer. As a result, I am not going to return it.This item is either part of a scam or just a very low quality product. Do not waste your time or money on this flash drive. It does not work.

I purchased this for my wife so she could move photos from her phone to her laptop. It works great.

Cheaply made
This flash drive is not durable. A piece broke off in my computer. I had to use tweezers to pull it out.

The Best buy this year! A great gadget at a good price, I recommend this memory stick and will buy again myself, it’s easy to use and works with many types of tablets and phones.
