The buckle should be 1/32 larger, or the belt should be 1/32 smaller for clearanceI love the quick release feature and the finish is nice. The openings should have clearance to fit the belt size quoted without crimping.

These are nice heavy duty for the price. Smaller then expected though.

I wanted to have a buckle rather than a slide strap on my motorcycle helmet. It took a bit of rigging, but this buckle works. It's still a bit more rattle that I want, but it's still quicker to take the helmet off while wearing gloves.

Had to return these because they would not stop slipping and unlocking. I've been looking for a good metal buckle for use on kayaks....these are not it.

These buckles are sturdy metal. Only complaint is the spring loaded clips could use stronger springs. It doesn't take much force to press them, so there's no loud *CLICK* to know it's secure when it comes together.A normal three-prong clip for this end may be better. Moving parts could have issues over time and I'm not sure how these open to change the spring.Although so far; I am happy with my purchase.
