I ordered the red which is the lightest resistance thinking I’d need to start with very little pressure. I will say it offers VERY light resistance as this gave me no difficulty at all so unless you’re seriously babying your given injury it might be worth skipping to the medium. That said, you get out what you put in with a tool like this and it’s totally possible to adjust the pressure and resistance you get as you squeeze and twist. Its flexibility allows for variation and after doing several sets I do agree the red was a good starting point for me. I especially enjoy the massage I get rolling my forearm on it across the table.
