Great roller bag
Love this thing. Rolls great and is super sturdy I know it’s been thrown on and off planes still looks great. It’s been on roughly 25 flights so far and zippers and locks holding strong. It’s able to hold 5 day trip stuff with ease

Well designed carry-on
I'm not sure where some of the low reviews are coming from. This is a well designed carry-on bag that makes traveling easy. The main draw of the bag is the lightweight yet powerful/quality feel and aesthetic of bag. It has the signature ridge minimalistic feel and even comes with a personal combination lock (not that I use this personally but for those that do). The grip is made of quality materials and hasn't given me any issue, the wheels are also study/strong. When I compare my old carry on with this side by side, there's no comparison or competition. The ridge wins with aesthetic, function, size, the pockets, features, and more. It also has made my travel life easier, it came with a laundry/mesh bag so now whenever I have dirty clothes during vacation I just put it in the bin and once I get home it's already pre-separated. This is also helpful when you're packing for return trip since you know what's clean and what isn't. It also comes with a shoe bag, so you can just toss shoes and close the bag as opposed to constantly wasting disposable plastic bags. It also comes with an eraser that can clean off any minor dust/debris/scratches etc. Overall, after a few trips I'm highly satisfied. I look back at my old carry on of 8-10 years and it's insane how much better ridge is in terms of everything.

Sturdy and lightweight
I've been using the Ridge wallet for several years now. 2 years ago I bought a Ridge duffle bag and use it regularly. Now they have started making suitcases so I had to give them a try. As a former airline employee, 30 plus years working on airports, and a fairly frequent traveler I appreciate the non dark blue and black color options. The bright orange color is easy to identify on the baggage claim carousel from a distance. Like my wallet and duffle bag, the suitcase is well made, seems quite sturdy and is fairly lightweight. With reinforcement at the corners and wheels that roll easily I'm happy and satisfied with the purchase. The locks are integrated with the zipper pulls. Hopefully they will stand up to years of use. My one observation about the lock is that the combination must be in the windows to release or secure the zipper tags. I would prefer to be able to insert the zipper handles without needing to have the combination showing. Internal storage is well thought out with several zippered sub components inside. Convenient storage for smaller items that are prone to getting lost in the main compartment of the luggage. I'm inclined to get the full size suitcase soon for an upcoming 2 and a half week cruise in November and December.

Excellent carry on bag
I searched for about a month for a new carry on roller bag, desiring something with quality construction at a reasonable price. I had been watching this bag on the manufacturer web site as well as on Amazon and finally found it with a 23% discount here on Amazon. The piece is constructed very well, featuring great zippers, excellent wheel design, a strong outer shell and a roomy interior. I also love the included laundry and shoe bags. Several reviewers seem to have had issues with the handle not staying extended, but I have travelled with the bag weekly since my purchase and have had no problems.

I trust Ridge.
Ridge’s non-wallet gear is always solid & bulletproof. They have a great pack game too. I own everything but the wallet. The carryon spinner worked great for Japan. I’m am positively going to get a “Base Camp Travel Backpack” as soon as they’re back in stock.

Starts falling apart after the 1st use.
Lock stopped working after the first time TSA opened the luggage. After about a year screws started falling out. Looks nice and it's easy to spot at the airport, but the quality is subpar.

Rugged luggage that is also a mobile seat
Let me just start with the 1 con that I have with the Ridge roller = the 4 way roll is annoyingly bad. The 2 youtube review videos I watched did infer that the 4 way was bad and this was more of a puller. I can only compare it to my 10 year Samsonite and the wheel tech is just not there on the Ridge. Other than the 4 way roll, the Ridge worked great for my trip. Overhead compartment fit works for regular airlines, not sure it will fly with budget airlines. Technically the dimensions are oversized for a lot of airlines but you cannot tell irl. It fit fine in economy 777 and 757. I do not care about wear and tear on my luggage as it gives it character. I dragged my Ridge through rocky sidewalks while getting rained on, tossed around on planes, trains, and taxis with only some barely visible scratches coming from the trip. Water proofing worked as this got drenched in rain with no problem. The handles all feel good in use, the lock works, but the best thing about this luggage is that I have zero qualms about using it as a seat as it is quite sturdy. They should market it more as a Transformer as it I used my Ridge as a seat, desk, shield, a wall for personal space in crowds, and a battery ram while traveling to my accommodations. If they upgrade the 4 way roll wheel tech it would be the perfect carry on roller.

Awful Handle
Hoping Ridge will fix this, but at this point I don’t care to cut my loss and may just move on with something else. I never purchased luggage that was defective on my first flight. The handle keeps sinking after about 15 seconds of walking. I held it different ways too. I’m just a day out of my return window and traveling for business next month. Just wasted some money and now have to buy a more established brand.

Primer viaje y funcionó bastante bien. Trae un par de bolsas y dos separadores con cierre, muy útiles.
