The SnoreBand is designed to be worn on the little finger with the two acupressure points positioned on the outer edge of the little finger. It can be worn on either hand or two worn at the same time with one on either hand. The band is made from a high quality rubber material and this ensures maximum comfort during sleep. It is fully adjustable and can be altered to fit the user’s finger size. To maximise the bands effect it should only be worn during sleep and removed at all other times.

not sure about this, it seems to work a bit, my husband starts snoring and then stops, so a lot quieter than when no snore band is in placeI am still wearing ear plugs though!

Brought this has was going on holiday and apparently I snore loudly, I was told that when I used this it wasn't has bad, didn't stop the snoring completely but certainly did something has friend said that I hardly snored and wasn't has loud when I wore this

chucked it out
don't know if this worked to stop snoring. it irritated the skin on my finger and also came off during the night so i have chucked it out.
