Absolutely love a go to for my classroom. I am a teacher and we all know that water fountains at schools are gross. My previous options were spend hundreds on water bottles and haul heavy loads of them back and forth or just go without water. Now that is all over I have it right at my desk and hook it up to a 5 gallon tank and boom instant water easily available when I need it. It also saves tons of money through the year as the 5 gallon jugs are way cheaper than buying bottles. Is it necessary nope, but it sure makes my day to day way easier. I usually stock up on the 5 gallons and refill them all once a month so I don’t have to worry about forgetting water, as I always have it right there.

I love this product. I really do. But it has a design flaw. The first one I bought shorted out within days, maybe a week. It started turning on and off randomly in the middle of the night pouring water everywhere. When I looked at the reviews I noticed that a lot of other people were having the same problem. At first I just thought it was a fraudulent product. But I liked it so much I gave it a second chance, hoping that maybe I just got a defective one. When I got the second one, I realized that the water spout is directly above the buttons that control the pour settings located on the top edge of the base. Any amount of water that drips from the spout, or overspills from your glass, even a small amount of condensation will run directly inside the cracks of the buttons and into the base, where of course the internal circuitry is located. In short, the water pump isn't water proof! What I did is simply cover the base with saran wrap. It doesn't look great and I am sure that there are other solutions that would be more long lasting, but this is simple and keeps the water from running into the buttons. See the pictures below. Anyway, when the company redesigns this product I hope they send me a free one for engineering contribution. In the meantime it is working and I might add that I have tried several other water pumps and this one is best, if you can keep it from getting wet!

This is a great item. I purchased a small refrigerator. Took out the drain plug and ran the tubing up to the pump. I put a five gallon jug in the fridge, and we have a perfect cold water dispenser. No worries about cooler tanks getting bacteria and smelling. Nothing to clean. Pump works great, with multiple settings for sizes of water in ounces.

Fixed it, Used once and it sat till I got 5 gallon and it did not work. After deciding to use it for parts instead of returning it, Looked at how it worked, - under the rubber feet, 4 screws bottom comes off. Three boards, four plastic wire connections all sized to not be confused, so some thought was put into design. Pulling battery and usbc, reset device, but it was not until after removing all plugs to buttons, pump, battery letting everything reset started dispensing water on my lap. Twice, once by touching some wires inside. So after putting everything back together the one button for power is all so dispense, its a tap to dispense, long press 2 seconds to turn on turn off, works with red light or blue light - its always ready to dispense with a tap if do not press a long press on power to turn off, after turning it off tap will not dispense, press long press to turn back on and tap to dispense. I would repeat process if it gets stuck in a non working mode again. 4 stars because its doing what I want, but it probably not a product for everyone especially with it going into a need to be reset state and only way out is by unplugging everything from boards. A reset button to do this process is needed.

Got this for my fiance who is constantly going downstairs to fill up his water glass at night. Perfect for the bedside.

Easy to assemble and very easy to use. Noise level is low. One complaint is the splashing of water as it is filling the glass. It's alot of splash. I had to put a towel under the dispenser to catch the water. Not happy with that.
