Disappointed despite the quality being very good.
It is a great product, however I have a bike with disk brakes and an integrated stem. While i appreciate that both disks and integrated stems are a relatively new and varied thing, It should be pointed out that this box, as far as I can work out does not or will not accommodate the intergrated stem, while attached to the cables. Also the disks do not sit neatly when the cassette faces outwards, and it won't allow the disk to sit outward either.The box should also come with disk adaptors in my opinion. The one i was instructed to order, despite best efforts to help was wrong, and this arrived 1 day prior to my departure. I purchased the box as I have many weeks of overseas travel planned as such was viable to buy rather than rent. In my excitement I had adorned the box with some stickers, and then to my horror discovered the bike won't fit. I/m hoping theres a magic solution, tried to call but no response which added to my frustration and annoyance at the product not being able ( from what I can establish so far ) to deliver as I had hoped.
