Herbal supplement for dogs
We just started using this as Herbal supplement for our dogs. It says many health benefits for lowering sugar, boosting energy. It is a very good cost and the 2oz bottle fits nicely in a medicine cabinet.

Game Changer!
We had been struggling with getting this type of medication into our cat. Initially, our vet gave us pills. Our cat doesn't like being held, so putting a pill down her throat, uh yuh, nope! Even crushed up in her food, she would turn up her nose and she is usually very food-motivated. Started giving her human powdered milk thistle with only slightly better success. When we advised our vet, after her levels still high, vet suggested trying a liquid. This flavored liquid has made dosing her a non-issue. We still put in her food, but she gobbles everything up. Thank goodness! This is our second bottle, which lasts right about 60 days given the recommended dosing for her size. I've set up a subscription for delivery every 2 months.

Easy to get my cat to take as it doesn't taste horrible
My vet recommended giving my senior kitty milk thistle to help support her liver function due to being on medication for her hyperthyroidism. First brand I purchased was in a glycerin base which my cat hated the taste of, so much so it made her foam at the mouth and throw up, even if mixed into her food. So I searched for milk thistle that wasn't in glycerin and came across this one, which I've been able to successfully get my cat to ingest without her reacting violently to the taste of it. She is due for a blood panel soon, so will come back here and update my review with the results of her liver function values... Whether they show an improvement or not.
