I bought the XL bed for my Catahoula/Great Dane mix and the medium for my Standard long-haired Dachshund. They arrived rolled up wrapped in multiple layers of plastic. Easy to unwrap and quick to fluff up to size. The xl bed was sturdy enough to support ME without sinking to the floor. Both of the dogs immediately jumped on and were comfortable side by side so there’s more than enough room. No bunched up fabric very smooth easy to vacuum or wipe with a cloth. I am so pleased with this item. It’s investing in the health and wellness of your dog and undoubtedly the last dog bed you’ll ever have to purchase. So relieved to have a quality product for my pups...we’re all happy!Update: Jan 2021 still super happy with these beds- I’ve bought three of them- no seams tearing or loose threads, have washed the covers probably four times already and they’ve held up and didn’t shrink! My dog digs before she lays down, sometimes pretty rough, I was worried the cover would tear but NOPE! I am so impressed by this quality bed I tell everyone who is looking for a dog bed.... I’d probably even go as far as to recommend it for a toddler...the mattress really supports you, occasionally I’ll lay on the bed playing with my pups and it is so comfortable, most importantly you don’t sink through to the floor. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.*UPDATE* 10/2023 my dog’s digging finally tore up the plastic liner of the bed but the cover has held up beautifully wash after wash. I recommend zipping it closed while washing. I used duct tape to close up a few tear marks on the plastic liner and it’s holding up lol. Like I said previously I bought two of the xl beds one of the zippers gave out and got stuck closed so I can’t wash it anymore. I have a washable blanket over it and it’s been working just don’t want to spend the $75 to buy a replacement rn, eventually I’ll get one. But other than that I am still so happy with this purchase it is the best dog bed ever and my dog loves it!!!!

The only bad thing I have to say about the bully bed is that I waited too long to order one!!! OMG, I swear it's more comfortable than MY bed!I have a 12 year old English Bulldog, and though he is only 53 pounds, he is at a tender age and deserves a supportive and comfortable bed. I was concerned with the cost, but if I bought this to begin with, I would have SAVED money! I've gone through several beds that lose their "fluff" and wasted money on new inserts or new beds. It was between the BIG BARKER and BULLY BED. Their reviews were similar and they are made with the same 7" of layered foam. The BULLY is not only cheaper but has a head rest....Vincent loves his headrests, so that was easy. And the more expensive BIG BARKER adds an additional fee for a headrest and is still more expensive with no headrest.The Large and extra large come with the 7 inches of foam (the thickest available) the Medium would have been big enough but is only 4"). There is PLENTY of room. I gave him an extra pillow and made a "bolster" from a rolled up blanket to go around bed that is against the wall. (He likes to be cocooned:) he took to it right away and after his first 14 hour nap, lol, he didn't even leave a dent in the bed. I've laid down next to him and it holds me as well!! Wish I got this sooner! Love the fact it has a waterproof cover under the soft cover....other beds charge extra for it! Just in case my baby ever has a bladder problem down the road. It's about the size of a standard baby crib mattress (a little shorter and a little wider) plenty big for most breeds. And perfect for old dogs, multiple dogs and large dogs. Only a giant breed would need an extra large.I would even recommend for smaller dogs! It's QUALITY! And also nice looking! We’ve only had this in the house for a few days, so I can’t speak to long term durability, but it’s really well made (and thankfully my dogs are not destructive). Comes packaged like a human orthopedic mattress and expands just about as thick as one! It also has not one but two interior, zippered protective covers.I bought this for my 115 lb Labrador who has moderate elbow dysplasia. He loves it! He’s a very large boned, lager headed dog and he’s got ample space. I could have likely gone a size smaller, but he can really stretch out on this one.He’s allowed on the couches and the beds, and though he’ll start out on furniture, he eventually moves to this bed and passes OUT. Great purchase!Btw, it takes awhile to receive (I think 10 days), but worth the wait!

This bed is just what I wanted for my dog. He is an almost 100lbs German Shepard and the X-Large bed is the perfect size. I didn't want to get a huge bed that takes up too much space so I'm glad I went with the X-Large that I got. Its a big bed but easy enough to move around when needed. My petite girlfriend moves around without issue. Easy to vacuum the hair off and the cover comes off fairly easy. Its a little bit of a struggle due to the size and snug fit so four stars. My dog really loves his bed and with the quality of the materials used to make the bed I'd bet he would say its really comfortable. Another thing to note is that with the quality of the mattress my dog sleeps on top of the mattress he does sink into it like cheaper beds I've had. Buy this bed for your dog and never worry about buying another one.

This is a great thick solid bed for my dog who is a pit. She’s 13 years old with an achy body, she loves it and can lay curled up or sprawled out. I’ve bought her so many beds, usually around $100, but they ALWAYS end up going flat in the center. This bed we’ve only had a couple months but I can tell it will not flatten, and if it ever does, we’ll there’s a 20 yr warranty for the pad! My dog recently has had surgery and currently has a drain tube for liquid build up, so I haven’t washed it yet but will when she’s all healed up. I’ve always ran a vacuum over her past beds, don’t do it with this one! The material sucks right up and the vacuum must be turned off. I’m very satisfied with this bed. Best I’ve bought over the years (and I’ve bought many)
