This caddy is so cute and great functionality wise for events. Holds so much, even plates. The handle on it makes it great for carrying/transporting. Definitely recommend if you host a lot!

I come from a large family. When we have a family gathering, it's a big event. Sometimes, using plastic utensils and paper plates are easier than putting out everyday dishes and silverware when the crowd is large. Cleanup is much easier with paper and plastic. When summertime rolls around, we look forward to inviting guests to our barbeque gatherings, outdoor parties and picnics. With a large crowd, lots of plates, napkins and plastic utensils are needed. Rather than having them strewn about the table, we thought this caddy would help save space and keep the table looking organized.Measuring 14" x 8" x 5.5", this caddy is made of dried water hyacinth stalks. The dried stems are woven onto a metal frame to create the perfect holder for your party accessories. The weave is thick and imperfect, which gives the caddy a more natural, rustic look. There are 5 compartments within the holder, one large space that fits paper plates and napkins and 4 smaller squares that can hold various eating utensils. A hinged handle lends itself to easy carrying.Not only is this utensil holder great for outdoor entertaining, but it will work as the perfect storage basket for the paper plates and plastic eating tools. This rustic caddy is the perfect way to keep my extra silverware, salt &pepper and napkins handy and within reach. I like to have all these extras on my table so everything is accessible when I need it. The caddy is a lovely woven water hyacinth that looks handmade. I love that it has a strong handle for when we need to move it. It's also quite large. A piece of the weave did break off when I unpacked it but that is to be expected with these types of woven items. My only concern is the ability to clean the basket when it gets dirty but I suppose wiping down with a damp rag will get the job done. This basket would also come in handy in your pantry or for organizing tolietries in the bath. Beautiful and practical!
