Really solid set of steps. Yes, they are a tad heavy but this equals stability. Some reviewers mention that the bolts are too long, but they need to be tightened up with a suitable socket and screwdriver to bed them home securely. These provide sturdy reassurance for oldies like me who still do things involving steps which they probably shouldn't be doing, but hey! You are only as old as you want to be.

Good quality, easy to put together, took longer to get it out of packaging. The locking release could be a lot better will be modifiying soon. Seems guite stable seen many types with cross bracing at much lower prices. The description pictures clearly show that these steps have cross bracing. Only given 4* as steps not the ones shown.

This ladder is very sturdy and practical as I usually feel quite unsafe on a normal ladder but the handrails make all the difference. Very pleased indeed.

Sorry the photo isn’t good. I packed it away after use to store in the garage. Being elderly and nervous of falls this is the perfect ladder for me. The steps are comfortably wide and the grab handles make it so easy to climb up to the top step with no worries. It’s easy to put together and lightweight enough to move around easily. Would definitely recommend.

Sturdy steps, easy to assemble the 2 handrails. Quality of paint finish on right hand handrail was very poor with some paint missing when unpacked.

Rather heavier than expected, but the wide steps a much added bonus, release tag for unlocking stiff, but I do have osteoarthritis in hands. Feels very stable. Worth the money.
