Retractable Baby Gate, 33" Tall, Extends up to 55" Wide, Child Gate Stair Gates, Indoor/Outdoor Punch-Free Install Baby Gate for Stairs, Doorways, Hallways, Indoor and Outdoor (Black)

I bought two of these gates for my up/down stairs. I have a split level. My only concern is that the stair rail and walls don’t mat up completely. Will I still be able to assemble????

1st and foremost the instructions were jumbled together with no clear understanding. Once I did figure it out I was able to get the gate between my two door frames. Within less than a couple of weeks my dog has broken the connection piece to keep the gate closed. She is 55lbs and all she did was push on it hard.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this gate, I use it to keep my dog downstairs. Has lots of great features like the locking feature so the baby or in my case dog doesn’t push through. Easy glide to open and doesn’t take much space at all. The only downside was I wanted it sticky enough to stay but the tug on the retractable base is so strong it rips itself off the wall. You have to bolt it in. Which it’s fine but not what I bought it for originally. I’m the end, it’s a great gate.

A lot of versatility in setting up. Used at base of staircase so dogs didn’t go upstairs. Set up easy no issues at all

I am the person who hates making holes in the walls so when I saw this gate, I jumped on it. The minute I took it out the box I noticed it was sturdy and heavy. What I didn't think was that it would be too sturdy and heavy to adhere to a wall. Well it was. The stickers were absolutely useless. It barely gripped the wall and when it did, the minute I tried to pull it closed, they fell again. I think this would work well with screws but that's just not for me. I guess back to my traditional folding gate.

These are amazing. I bought them to block my wooded (homemade) stairs from my small grandchildren.They are easy to install and to the purpose I need them to do.

I've only had this for 2 months and one of the plastic clips that hold the gate open snapped off Making it nearly useless. Would love a replacement or my money back!

This gate was delivered and installed on Saturday September 30, installation was a nightmare- really impractical installation. The locking mechanism itself is also not east especially if you’re racing against a small child trying to break free. It’s now Friday- October 6, 6 days later and the latch of the gate snapped off. My almost 2 year old son is a big boy but I didn’t think this gate would bust open if he leaned on it. I wouldn’t recommend this gate at all, not safe.
