This is an amazing yoga mat. It's very light but has great support. I would highly recommend this mat. It truly is light weight and durable.

This is such a lightweight mat, but someone is also incredibly cushioned. I’m a heavier girl and this mat is still perfectly supportive during my practice. Well worth every cent.

The mat came early, and was packaged well. The mat did not have any sort of smell, and that was very welcomed and appreciated. The reason I am giving this a 3 star rating has to do with the slip factor. I got on the mat shortly after opening, and laid the mat down with the white logo facing up. As soon as I got in downward dog, my hands started to slide out from under me.. I realized that the other side of the mat has a different texture, a grooved sort of texture, and maybe that side was the side for inversions, standing postures etc. The next day, I unrolled the mat to try the other side, and I am still sliding. I'm unhappy that it advertises being non slip, and BOTH sides of the mat are slippery. I urge those who are reading this review to PLEASE heed the warning of this mat being slippery, because it is true. The mat does look nice, and as I stated before had no odor. Maybe this could be a good mat to use to double up with another mat.

I have only used the mat once, but am happy to report it served me well. It appears to be quality material, and I am pleased that it does not smell... as other mats have.Lovely color, good texture.Thank you for a quality product.Suzanne

After using this mat for a little while, and then using a friends LuLu mat I realized how much this mat sucks. This is the second mat that I've bought for around $25 hoping it would be cushioned enough and at least keep me from slipping out of poses. I constantly was slipping out of postures, as this mat has poor grip and is very thin. I bought a LuLu mat for $70 and it was totally worth it. I don't slip and it's very cushioned, about 5 lbs, so I won't be purchasing another mat for a while. Avoid the cheap mats, waste of money.

My hands slip even at the very beginning of practice when your hands are not yet sweaty. You can’t even stay in downward dog unless you lay a yoga towel over this. So disappointing.

firm, sturdy, cushioning, lightweight, feels great. only concern is how well it will resist getting funky from my bare feet. time will tell....

This was nice at the beginning but has fallen arpart. Will not purchase again.
