I love Rachel's style, her honesty and everything you can read in this book. However... I though 'Oh okay, so it has to be a game changer after all this hype around it... etc etc'. But it's not. Sorry to say this... It's nice to read that you are not alone and other people are struggling with similar issues... But to be honest, doesn't give me much... If you look for a little bit of comfort, knowing that you're not alone with these issues, it's a great book. But don't have big expectations.
