I have been suffering from allergies since many years mainly pollutants, dust, perfume and such...Every time myallergies are triggered I start sneezing a lot, my eyes are watery, my nose is runny basically everything that happens in Rhinitis. Very effective in my seasonal (Winter) allergic rhinitis , you will see effect after regular use , as medicine is ayurvedic it will take time but very effective.
