Bloating seems to have gone down.. so that's good. Not sure about gas relief as it makes you fart alot

Genuinely Makes a Difference
It actually works. Thank God, as I've been looking for something for ages and so far this is the only thing that I can feel is making any difference. This is truly worth the hype, I was having some digestion, sulfer burping, acid reflux issues. I have seen instant relief since I started taking these after my dinner every night. It has helped with steady digestion of food and I have had much less burping and indigestion. The Capsuls are on the larger side, I am not a great Pill Swallower so some nights they are a bit of a challenge to get down (Just in Case your a fellow person who struggles to swallow pills)
