I bought the black, it was on sale. I haven’t had it long enough to speak to durability but it seems sturdy. The case I’m using isn’t the mag safe so I needed to use one of the rings that adhere to the case to enable the magnetic attachment. It seems to adhere well and the magnet seems strong. The ring rotates well. I put it a little lower on my case than it would be with a mag safe case, centering up my apple logo in the center. Therefore, I think this affects its ability to work as a stand in the vertical position but when the phone is turned to a horizontal position it works well. It doesn’t feel overly bulky. They also include an extra adhesive ring which I appreciate.
