This thing is so awesome and fun, the ring keeps tension very well even after months and the magnet is strong enough to stick to my fridge! I lost my last phone because I tipped a pot of boiling water over it by accident, so being able to put my phone on the fridge while cooking where it's firmly out of the way is so nice. It's become such a habit that sometimes I don't notice the ring fell off and I just drop my phone onto the tile. It's never funny when it happens but it's funny in hindsight. That said with a good knock this likes to fall off, so if you drop your phone on a carpeted floor or something make sure it didn't jostle free. It also likes to trap water and gets a couple little rust spots on the back - be mindful of touching your phone with wet hands with this if that bothers you. Besides that, the ring props up perfectly at every angle possible which makes it great for video calls or watching content. It's really neat, and the thing is practically made of solid metal so it's durable as hell, too.

This is a replacement for my original magnetic ring holder for my phone, from a different manufacturer, which lost a lot of its usefulness when the ring (where your fingers go) lost its stability. I chose this one based on reviews and so far I am very happy with it. Well worth the cost, and not too expensive for what you get. I don’t like the pop socket style of phone grip, and my hands are too small to securely hold a phone without some assistance. This is a MagSafe circle with a versatile inner ring that allows me to slide a finger in for balance, security, and a better grip. The inner ring is a bit stiff to pull up, but ratchets around all 360* to accommodate a variety of positions while holding the phone, and doesn’t spin while holding, which I appreciate. The magnetic grip is really tight! You have to give it a really hard shake to have the magnet let go of the phone; hard enough to almost bruise your finger, so no worries about having the phone fall out of your hand randomly while using. It also doubles as a grip on other surfaces, which I discovered accidentally when my phone attached itself to a metal object. The ring is sturdy enough to hold the phone semi-upright, which I find useful for reading recipes in the kitchen. Super-easy to install if your phone is MagSafe: just put the magnetic ring on the phone or phone case. It does come with two magnetic circles to use as a mount if your phone is not MagSafe. You can also mount the phone on any magnetic surface; my car charger is a MagSafe dash mount and the phone sits securely on it with this ring holder. However: it will NOT charge through the ring holder! Not a big deal for me, but be aware that the holder has to be pulled off if you want to use a cordless MagSafe charger.

This seems to be a pretty nice basic ring style holder. I bought the black, it was on sale. I haven’t had it long enough to speak to durability but it seems sturdy. The case I’m using isn’t the mag safe so I needed to use one of the rings that adhere to the case to enable the magnetic attachment. It seems to adhere well and the magnet seems strong. The ring rotates well. I put it a little lower on my case than it would be with a mag safe case, centering up my apple logo in the center. Therefore, I think this affects its ability to work as a stand in the vertical position but when the phone is turned to a horizontal position it works well. It doesn’t feel overly bulky. They also include an extra adhesive ring which I appreciate. Time will tell how it holds up but for now I’m giving it five stars.

I've bought this ring holder twice now. It's super convenient, makes it much easier to hold onto my phone. I especially like having that when I'm taking photos. It's also nice for propping up my phone to watch videos, etc. The clicking when rotating it is super satisfying. It's thin, doesn't add much bulk to my phone, and the magnet connection is really strong. However, it is not very durable overall. The ring both opens and closes and rotates. At first, the ring has resistance to it so you can prop it at different heights. After using it for a while, with both that I've ordered, it loses that resistance and just hangs loose so you can only prop up the phone with it fully open.

I have a Pixel 10 Pro Fold with a oupiegar case. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FVKRFSCB which I am finding to work VERY well. I've had limited success with MagSafe batteries or chargers on Pixel phones in the past. Indeed, this case has a magnet ring built in, which may make the bond even stronger. Given that context, this phone ring works fantastically well with Pixel Snap. I was worried about how strong the ring would clip to the phone, but it's VERY strong. Easily strong enough to put your finger through the trigger guard, shake your hand hard all over the place, and it won't come off. I'd easily dangle this over the edge of a boat hull or a cliff to take a selfie and have no concerns about losing the phone. I have actually hung it from a picture hook and a coat hook just to have it out of the way while I'm on the job. It rotates, so the orientation you clip it on the back of the phone is irrelevant; the handle just rotates to whichever hand you want. Just pop it on. You can hold on from left, right, bottom or even top, with any finger on your left or right hand, and it doesn't matter. It is very solid. Also, the finger grip ("trigger guard") has a 'slow-close' joint, which is very solid. It is easily strong enough to stand the phone on a surface in landscape orientation. Again, you can do it on either side of the phone, since the finger guard itself rotates inside of the magnetic fixture. Overall, this is VERY flexible, feels very sturdy, and after two weeks I'm super-happy with it. I wish I could still use a Qi charger without removing the holder, but it's of little consequence. You can pull it off, then just clip it back on when you need it. I'd like to have it 24x7, but that's fine. I'm trying to train myself to remember to put on the ring when I'll be out and about and may want to take a selfie or just hold the phone while talking on the go. I'm saying 10/10 for product design and quality. And considering that I'm dangling a $2000 phone from this thing, I really had to be convinced of the design and quality. I am.

Very strong sometimes attaches to the car holder and comes off the phone. Annoying but at least the phone is secure. Works great to set up phone and watch videos.

There is a lot to like about this. The magnets are strong, it sticks solidly to my magsafe phone holder in the car, and the pop-up / kickstand is tight. No slop, clicks cleanly into whatever position you place it. Unfortunately, there are 2 flaws that are quite annoying. The reverse-side magnet is so strong that when I take my phone off from the magsafe phone holder, this ring stays attached to my magsafe stand and I have to use some force to get it off to reattach to my phone. And, the popup ring is sooo tight that it takes some fidgeting to pop it out. The space along the flat part where I need to grab it is a little small for my big fingers. If you don't use a magsafe phone holder, I think this is a great product.

This is the strongest magnet phone grip I've used. It's pretty thick, but I appreciate having the extra contours to wrap my fingers around. I'm very happy with it even though it has some problems. I think I've been using it for over a year, and a few months ago the bottom peeled off, exposing the magnetic pieces inside. Sometimes one of the pieces pops out and sticks to another segment, and I have to fight the magnetic force to put it back in place. It takes a lot to pull off the magnet. The weight of the phone will not do it. The only unintentional removals have been when other things in my pocket have shifted it sideways off the phone's magnet and when pulling the phone off of a particularly strong car mount. I really appreciated how stiff the fold out ring was at first, but it loses that stiffness. For a while, I could stiffen it again by pulling the ring through the back firmly, but now it seems it's just floppy forever, which can cause problems.

I was very sad to see the 1st one i bought last year loose its strength and stick. But that said built very well but wont last forever. Feels well made and far better than others in its class. I have tried others but this one feels so much better in hand. And i love the ball bearing sound when turning. Will continue to use unless i find a better one. And thats not likely at the moment.
