I decided on purchasing this ‘3 ply’ instead of the 5 ply as the costs per pot is much less. You get most of the benefits of the much more expensive cookware with a much more attractive price. The quality of this brand is excellent! So far soups slide out and require no scrubbing when cleaning afterwards.. Anyone who complains about spots on their stainless cookware is not reading the proper way to cook with them. Lots of info on the web..please read before posting complaints that are really your fault and not the cookware.
