I purchased this helmet online not knowing if it had the quality I was looking for. I'm pleased to find the helmet to fit well and look good. I will tell my friends. I haven't worn it yet skiing and I'm looking forward to it this winter

Good helmet, soft ear muffs inside. I loved using it last winter. I will continue wearing it this winter as well.

It's a nice ski helmet, but I gave up skiing ages ago. I will instead use this as a bike helmet for riding around the city during the winter months.The slide that lists the helmet's features advertised "Detachable ear pads". I thought this would be useful because the ear pads do muffle ambient noise, which can be hazardous while riding in traffic. However, when I tried to remove them, they would not budge.There were no instructions to show how to remove the pads. I was wrestling with the helmet, trying to yank out the ear pads with no luck. I resorted to reading the small pamphlet, but I found nothing. I looked really close at the label in the helmet for instructions, but I found a WARNING disclaimer instead. "This helmet must be worn with the ear pads and without modification." Oh well.The sizing instructions are correct. I measured out at 23", in between Medium and Large. I opted to go with the large. The adjustment knob can provide a comfortable fit or a snug fit. When I dialed it down to snug, I still had a few turns in the adjustment knob to make it tighter.Very soft and comfortable. It should save me from cracking my skull, but a hard impact will still rattle the gray matter.

The media could not be loaded. This helmet is great, no complaints. It has a piece on the helmet that keeps your goggles on so they don’t fall off when the goggles are not on. I had a pretty bad fall and hit the back of my head on the ground. I thought I may have got a concussion but thankfully this helmet prevented that!

It has a nice feeling layer on the inside and covers the back of your cranberry. The strap is held in with metal lugs and it even has earmuffs built into it for cold weather - it's made for snow sports so that makes sense. Personally, I don't understand why there are different helmets for every sport, safety is rarely, if ever, a fashion statement except for certain motorcycle helmets. However, even I have my reservations about bike helmets, and I love being a nerd. For whatever reason, bike helmets are the kind of thing that make even the nerdiest of nerds feel sorry for you and simultaneously happy with themselves for not being the person in the bike helmet. This is specifically true when the helmet is all all glossy with a loud color and splash pattern. Anyway, I digress. I just pop it on my dome and ride my bike wherever it is I want to go. The chin strap is a traditional type, very secure so I trust that if I have an oopsy - this will stay on and keep the ole' walnut in tact, and I may look like a nerd, but let's face it, in bike helmet looks, we all look like nerds. Did I mention I ride an electric bike that goes about 30mph? If not, now I have. That's how confident I am that this will function as intended in a disaster. Here's hoping I never have to find out.

I was not anticipating this being such a good quality helmet but it far exceeds expectations. The inside cushion is clearly very high quality and the ear covers have a very soft fur on them, in addition to padding on the strap under the chin. It fits well and feels really comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone.
